Nose Surgery Reviews

Nose surgery consultation runaround at B.Y.Y. and T.W.N.

The doctor at B.Y.Y. seemed a bit annoyed, and the consultation lasted about 5 to 10 minutes. There was no CT or anything like that; he just looked inside my nose and said it seemed more likely to be allergy-related than a deviated septum, so he did not recommend septum surgery. He did not even look at my inspiration photos, and said I could choose among silicone for the bridge, adding columella support, tying the nose tip, and osteotomy, though he thought I probably did not need the last one. He did not really go into detail about shaping the nose. When I talked with the coordinator and asked about problems like contracture, she said their hospital had an absolute 0% rate, and when I asked whether that was really possible, she said that if done well, everything is possible.. I guess each person has to judge for themselves Also, the discount is pretty high if you write a review, but I am still deliberation. I made a reservation at T.W.N because a YouTuber whose nose I usually thought was pretty had gotten it done there (3 years ago). But maybe because it was an old case? It seemed like the YouTuber did not remember. That actually raised my trust lol They took a CT and confirmed the size of my septum and the deviation. Since my septum is small, it is hard to use it for surgery. The right side of my nose has a big bump and is curved a lot to the side, so the plan was to burn down the bump a bit and correct the septum back toward the center. The price would be determined after opening me up, and insurance reimbursement might be possible. There is CCTV and one year of aftercare. Because the columella is already inside the tip area, they said just bringing out the columella alone would make it look more refined, and they shaped it that way, which I liked. They said I could also do alar reduction if I wanted, but for now I said I would not. I said I did not want to raise it too much, just a natural straight-to-slightly-straight line, and they said my skin is thick so I would not be able to raise it much anyway. So since the tip could not be lifted much, they said only about 2 mm of silicone could be placed in the bridge,, so the plan became 2 mm silicone + bulbous tip correction (tip tying) + columella-nasolabial angle correction + osteotomy -> donor rib cartilage use. For now I am planning to go to a few more places like G.G., B.Y.M., and B.N.N., but I do not know where to choose They said it would be cheaper if I booked right away, so I just left a deposit, but I am still thinking.....
