I went to lower bleph consultations at S, P, L, and UO (wa), and it helped a lot more than I expected lol. I originally thought I would definitely need lower blepharoplasty and fat repositioning, right? But each director looked at a slightly different point. Everyone agreed that there is definitely bulging fat under the eyes, so lower bleph was a common topic, but they explained that the cause of the dark circles also has to be judged together, whether it is pigmentation or shadow. Some places said lower blepharoplasty alone would make my impression much brighter, while others said I would also need fat grafting. Fortunately, none of them had the atmosphere of aggressively recommending everything and anything! Personally, the consultation at UO (wa) was the most thorough lol. They explained in detail why the under-eye area looks dull and made it easy to understand how the changes after surgery would look, so I felt more at ease. After going around for consultations, I finally understood the cause of why I look so worn out, which felt relieving lol. Now I just need to look at more reviews and decide on surgery!
