I went because I saw the event and the price looked cheap. The moment I walked in, it felt like a factory: the waiting room was full of people, almost like people coming in for lip fillers. I waited more than an hour past my appointment time, then had a consultation with the manager, a 10-minute consultation with the doctor, and then another price consultation with the manager. It felt like they were just throwing out numbers. The price for first-time eye surgery was almost twice what another hospital I looked at that same day quoted, so I was basically speechless.
