Eye Surgery Reviews

Consultation review for revision eye surgery at [Clinic A] / [Clinic B]

I have had natural adhesion once, about 10 years ago, and after that it came loose once, so I had it buried with the stitch method, but the line became lower, so this time I am considering incision surgery as my third operation. I want a subtle semi-out look, and I am planning to visit all the well-known clinics for revision eye surgery. * [Clinic A] (Director Kim Ji-hyeon) - Consultation fee: X - I went on a weekend morning reservation and did not wait even 10 minutes before going in. - The consultation order was manager > director > manager, and it seemed the director came in right after surgery was over, and maybe because he was busy, he seemed to want to finish the consultation quickly..? - I had heard that natural adhesion is what he does most, and as expected he recommended natural adhesion + eye muscle correction. He said the asymmetry between the two eyes should be addressed with eye muscle correction. - Even though the consultation was short, I felt professionalism, and it seemed like he only recommended what was necessary? He felt conservative. Since it is not completely loosened right now and is still holding to some extent, he said incision surgery does not seem necessary. - The deposit was 10% of the surgery cost, and the same-day booking discount was quite large. * [Clinic B] (Director Kim Gi-hyeon) - Consultation fee: X - I made the reservation before going to [Clinic A], and I knew he used to work at [Clinic A]. He is also known for revision eye surgery. I heard he opened this clinic not even 3 months ago after leaving [Clinic A], so there were not many reviews yet. - Since it is a newly opened clinic, the design was very clean, quiet, and pretty (the atmosphere was somewhat similar to [Clinic C]). - I knew he had more reviews for natural adhesion / stitch method than incision surgery, and as expected he recommended natural adhesion again. I had seen many reviews saying he was cold or unfriendly, so I did not expect much, but after a short wait I went in right away and the consultation order was manager > director > manager, and he was extremely kind. When I said I wanted a semi-out look, at first he said that depending on the eye structure and shape it might have to suit me, then he drew the line and smiled, saying it suited me better than expected haha. He was not blunt at all and was very gentle! - The price was not very high, and here they only recommended natural adhesion. When I said I wanted the outer and lower canthoplasty, he only said it was optional if I wanted it and suggested I consider it, but did not really recommend it. He also said I did not need eye muscle correction because my ptosis was not severe. Maybe because he had been at [Clinic A], he only recommended what was necessary. - The deposit was 10% of the surgery cost here too. Somehow [Clinic A]'s director seemed to have better reviews, but [Clinic B]'s director was also well known for revision eye surgery, and the consultation with [Clinic B]'s director was kinder and more detailed, so I put down the deposit. But since this is my third time, and I had also seen reviews saying it can come loose again, I thought it might be better to do incision surgery at a clinic that is good at minimizing scars, so after thinking about it I canceled it!
