Consultation review for nose surgery 2

I am a person with a bulbous nose, so I will write one more consultation review after the one below! Girin: Before meeting the doctor, they start by taking CT scans, X-rays, and various other images. There is no consultation fee, which feels like a real advantage. But the staff all looked busy, and I could hear a lot of foreign languages. Lots of foreigners come here, and it felt like a factory. So I thought I would have to wait a long time, but that was not really the case. The consultation with the doctor was like a 2-minute cut?... The only thing I remember is, 'If you do not use silicone, a step difference will happen.' Still, I was grateful for the explanation, and thanks to taking photos here, I learned what shape my body actually has. So that part was appreciated. Rise: It was quiet, and compared to other hospitals it was a little hard to find. It is a private clinic, and the nose of the visitor I saw at the time was so pretty that I was tempted to do it there. They also recommended silicone here because of the step difference. From here on, I slowly started to realize that silicone would be needed Since they were running an event, the price did not seem bad either, and I think they still are? It was decent, but I felt like it would be plain if I had it done there. Epic: The moment I walked in and sat down, every staff member there stared at me up and down at the same time, scanning me. Normally, do they not say welcome?.. One person did scan me and then say hello, but the other staff who were sitting down kept scanning me up and down, which was awkward. The doctor seemed troubled, saying that this was a nose that would definitely develop a step difference and asking whether donor dermis would be needed if I did not want silicone. That made me certain about silicone and I left. The aesthetic sense seemed very good, and they seemed like experts in restrained yet glamorous noses, though I do not know if it was Photoshop or not.. Unlike the whole-staff scanning issue I mentioned earlier, the manager was kind. I thought I had gone to quite a few consultations, but when I list them out, it does not seem like that many. Anyway, because I have a thick-skinned bulbous nose, I think I heard even more about step differences and silicone. If I go without an implant, there would be no effect, so I think I need to brace myself for silicone. I hope this helps other people with bulbous noses like me~~!
