First time trying nose filler + thread lifting

Originally, the tip of my nose was high on the nostril side, but the bridge between my eyes was basically nonexistent, so I was worried and was considering nose surgery. Then I also worried about contracture and the very high surgery cost, so after consulting at about two clinics with the idea of trying only bridge filler, I decided to get the procedure at this clinic. Belotero is a material I've heard of many times even though I know almost nothing about cosmetic treatments, and they said they would also support lifting with threads, so that helped me decide. It was done by a female doctor before the procedure (I'll edit this post after I ask for the doctor's name). Right up until the moment before the procedure, she kept explaining that because the skin on my nose bridge is thin, making it too high could make the filler show through, and that because I had a slight epicanthoplasty when I had double eyelid surgery 5 years ago, my eyes could look somewhat close-set. I was worried about that too, but since it was filler anyway, I decided to go ahead thinking I could dissolve it if I didn't like it. The doctor said the usual starting point is slightly lower than the area between the brows, but I thought that would make it too subtle, so I asked to start a bit more toward the space between the brows. That was a decision made while looking in the mirror, and now I think I was right to do it my way. For the procedure, first they used a large syringe to shape the filler by hand as they injected it. The tip of the nose can't be numbed, so I could feel the needle and it hurt, but not to an unbearable degree. The part where they inserted the threads was the most horrifyingly painful The procedure itself seemed to take less than 30 minutes, and then I rested in the recovery room for about 30 minutes before leaving. I felt a little dizzy. I think it was probably not because of the medicine or anything, but because I was so tense from the pain and using so much strength. I was able to go right back to daily life, and they told me not to touch it, so I didn't bother with full makeup, but if I wanted to I think I could do it. They said it takes about a month for the filler to settle, and I normally wear glasses, but for one week I got through with contact lenses instead. For now, on the day itself, it was really impossible to tell anything at all, and even for about one to two weeks I wasn't sure whether it was doing anything, because people didn't seem to know I had had anything done. But I did hear things like, did you lose weight... I had the procedure on May 12, and around the end of May or the beginning of June I heard, did you get nose surgery? They said my nose bridge was high. Looking at that, it seems the effect starts showing around a month after the procedure. I'm already worried about side effects, like whether it is spreading a bit to the side of the nose bridge, but maybe I'm just overthinking because I worry too much, I'm not sure.I'll keep adding to the review. Compared with nose surgery, this is a procedure that is more than ten times cheaper, so of course I don't expect a dramatic effect, but since if I'm going to do it I want it to work well and have no side effects, that's just human nature... I'll keep posting updates if side effects show up or if the effect is good, and I'll keep adding photos too.Nose filler definitely has a reputation for side effects, and since people say that if you're going to do this you might as well just get nose surgery, there really aren't many reviews or posts about it.
