My eyes are semi-out with the right eye being a little thicker, so they look uneven. 1. The tail of the crease sags 2. If possible, I want to improve the unevenness, so at first I looked mainly at just lifting the tail of the crease. 1. [Clinic A] - Director H: the natural adhesion line within 100 was pretty, but there were so many people I lost interest. 2. [Clinic B] - Director G?: the natural adhesion line around 100 was also okay, and if I had done natural adhesion, I probably would have gone here. At that point I was still thinking only about lifting the line and not reducing it, while keeping the asymmetry, but the more I looked, the more the uneven eyes bothered me, and I started hating how the front line was thick and it drooped more and more toward the tail of the crease! 3. [Clinic C] incision + eye shape + fat grafting above the eye Actually, my preferred look was cat eyes, but the director said he would try to match it as much as possible, so with the incision method he would lower the line at the inner corner of both eyes (I think he meant an inner-out shape) and raise the tail of the crease dramatically. He explained that to get a cat-eye feel, you need to cover the inner corner and fill the hollow area above the eye so it looks covered, and he and the coordinator were kind, so for now I left a deposit there. 4. [Clinic D] incision, similar to [Clinic C]. There was no fat grafting, but the line was also well defined. Around then I asked whether natural adhesion would work, and they said because it was incision, it would be easier to loosen later. 5. [Clinic E] double-line method + slightly raising the tail of the crease I had never even thought about the double-line method, and they only raised the tail a tiny bit.. But after hearing the explanation, because my orbital bone sits too low, if they raise it, the line would go up and then suddenly drop again below... They also explained that with my eyes, they couldn’t do a full excision with the double-line method, and I was kind of shocked here. Then I started thinking, why did the previous hospitals say they could raise it..? If anyone knows a good hospital for revision eyelid incision surgery, please let me know... If I do natural adhesion, I think I’d go with [Clinic B]. If I do an incision, I think I’d go with [Clinic C].. For now, that’s where I am.
