Petit Procedure Reviews

3-month review of Scultra for a bumpy peanut-shaped face

Last winter I dieted with Mounjaro, and the fat in my face dropped off rapidly. What made it even more annoying was that one side in particular lost volume unevenly and turned into a bumpy peanut shape T_T T_T. I was thinking about getting filler, but after seeing a video saying that for hollow cheeks or a peanut-shaped face, collagen is actually better, I learned about Scultra.

Once the facial fat really starts disappearing, the elasticity gets wrecked, the vertical pores that were barely visible start sagging, and what annoyed me the most was how much older I looked. I never imagined that just my face shape could make me look 10 years older. Seriously, if you are going to use Mounjaro, please take good care of your elasticity T_T T_T.

Anyway, I am usually quite interested in procedures, so after deciding to get Scultra, I went to the most famous dermatology clinic for it and had it done by a board-certified plastic surgeon. My pores had also gotten worse and my overall elasticity was lacking, so I had Tune Face done at the same time. This place is originally famous for the combination of Tune Face and Scultra, so I wanted to experience it, and honestly my face needed something right away. I had a total of 3 sessions at one-month intervals, and finally my old face came back T_T T_T.

Or rather, the symmetry is now completely perfect, so in a way my face has become even smoother and more perfect than before. Maybe this is really because he is a board-certified plastic surgeon, but he paid a lot of attention to asymmetry, and after the third session the symmetry became perfect. I was moved beyond words.

Scultra does not artificially put something into the face; it helps my own collagen to be generated, and at the second session I was like, huh? But they said it needs some time before it fills in. It has now been 3 months, and my satisfaction is at the highest level. My skin texture has also improved a lot, probably because of Tune Face; compared with before, pores and fine lines have clearly gotten much better. These days I am going out without makeup.

If you search for Scultra, there are posts saying it caused nodules or was designed badly and made people puffier and uglier. But every time I went, they designed it differently, and when doing Tune Face they properly worked on the areas that needed it. The first consultation was almost 20 minutes, and they clearly pointed out what was needed without forcing anything, no pressure at all. I had already researched everything thoroughly, so there was no answer other than this clinic for me. Everyone, please do not reduce facial fat too much, and really take care of it while you still have it T_T T_T. The moment you get hollow or peanut-shaped, you end up looking strangely like a middle-aged woman, and it feels like the country has been taken away from you.

Anyway, I highly recommend Scultra, and I also tried Thermage, but Tune Face actually worked much better, so I recommend Tune Face too.
