My lips were not especially thin to begin with, but they were the type with no volume. Especially from the side, my lips looked flat, and the lines showed easily, so I tried lip filler. I looked at reviews from several clinics, had consultations, and decided on Dress. I did not want an overly plump style, so I asked for a natural volume fill. The place I went to was famous, so there were quite a lot of people, but the procedure was better than I expected! They used numbing cream, so it was tolerable, and I liked that they showed me the mirror from time to time to check the shape. But right after the procedure, because of the swelling, it looked much puffier than I expected, so I was a little worried lol I wondered if they had put in a lot, but after a few days the swelling went down and it settled in naturally. Right now I am pretty satisfied overall lol I think the lip line became a bit more defined than before, and applying lipstick feels a lot different. Before, even when I put on lipstick, it somehow looked flat, but now even with the same product it feels like it has more dimension? People around me usually do not realize I got filler, but I have been told a few times that my face looks more lively than before. What I wanted was not an obvious change, but a natural increase in volume, and I think it came out exactly like that. I have not had it for that long yet, so I still need to watch how long it lasts, but so far I am satisfied. I got the lip filler set, so I am planning to go back for one free touch-up.
