At first I was only thinking about adding volume to the upper lip, but after the consultation they said that if you also look at the corners of the mouth and the overall line, it can come out more naturally, so I got the corners done as a set too.
Honestly, my biggest worry with lip filler was that if it was done badly, it would look too obvious or like the lips were jutting out, but thankfully it did not look like that. The procedure itself was not completely painless, but it was more manageable than I expected. Maybe because they checked the shape while doing it, when I looked in the mirror afterward there was no major awkward feeling. At first it was a bit swollen, so I was worried, but as the swelling went down it became more and more natural, and for me it looked almost natural after about a week.
