My forehead wasn’t extremely flat or sunken in any specific area, but overall it felt like it lacked a bit of volume. Usually I didn’t pay much attention to it, but when I took photos or looked at my side profile, I started thinking I’d like my forehead to be just a little more rounded. I thought it would be better to ask friends for clinic recommendations based on places they had actually gone to, rather than looking things up on my own, so I got hospital recommendations from friends and also looked up a lot of reviews and before-and-after photos of the recommended hospitals. I had heard a lot that forehead filler hurts more than expected, so I was a bit tense, but I was fine. It didn’t not hurt at all, but it was at a level where I could just endure it and receive the procedure. Right after the procedure, because of the swelling, it looked a little more rounded than I had wanted, so I was slightly worried, but after a few days the swelling went down and it settled naturally. I barely had any bruising and there was nothing especially uncomfortable. Just being careful not to press on my forehead for a while was about it? My forehead wasn’t extremely bad to begin with, so I wondered whether it would really look noticeably different, but once it was done, the difference was bigger than I expected. My face feels a bit more three-dimensional, and I like how it looks much more in photos than before. Even if your forehead isn’t severely sunken like mine wasn’t, if it has a flat feeling, getting a small amount might be a good option.
