In my early 20s, I did not know the difference between imported and domestic products, so I just thought Botox was naturally cheap. But at some point I started hearing a lot of things like, "Domestic products can build resistance" and "You need to get imported products with lower resistance risk," so I kept managing it with Xeomin for a while. Usually I get it every 3 to 4 months, but this time I missed the timing and it had been about 6 months? In the meantime, my masseter muscles had grown a lot T_T This time the doctor doubled the dose but used a domestic product for me instead? Wow, but because the dose was definitely increased, the effect showed up very clearly and I’m super satisfied now. These days people also seem to say it does not matter whether you choose domestic or imported products when it comes to resistance, but I do not know what the truth is. Either way, I think Botox is something that is good to keep getting regularly for maintenance purposes. For reference, I also get it in my forehead and between my brows periodically, and it definitely feels like the strength I use in the glabella and forehead is decreasing.
