My lips weren’t especially thin, but I felt like they lacked overall volume, and the lip lines were subtly bothering me too. Every time I put on lip color, the lines looked more pronounced, which made makeup annoying. But after seeing people around me get lip fillers, I started wanting to try it too.
I found the hospital through several reviews, but in the end I heard my friend had done it at one place and that there might be a bit of a wait, so I took a half day off on a weekday and went. The time I went was surprisingly quiet, so I didn’t have to wait long.
During the consultation, they first asked what kind of look I wanted, and I liked that they explained things in the direction of adding volume naturally rather than making them overly thick.
I was told that I didn’t just need to fix one part of my lips, but that it would suit me better to improve the overall volume and the corners of the mouth together, so I decided on the lip filler package. It included lip filler, corner-of-mouth filler, and corner-of-mouth Botox.
Since it was my first time, they said domestic filler would be enough, so I went ahead with domestic filler without much burden. Retouching was included in the package, so I went back for that about 2 weeks later, and once I got the retouch too, the lacking parts were naturally complemented and I became much more satisfied.
With more volume in my lips, the lines are less visible than before, and the lips themselves look much plumper. There’s absolutely no overfilled, balloon-like feeling; it just looks like my own lips had a naturally prettier day, which is what I like most.
Even just wearing lip color looks way better than before, and my lips show up clearly in photos, so lately taking selfies has become fun again..h I’m so satisfied with this result that if I get another procedure in the future, I plan to go to Dress again. I’m happier than expected because the change is so natural, and I think it’s a procedure that people worried about lip volume or lip lines would really relate to lol.
