Not recommending Pico Fraxel

I’ll summarize in 3 lines below. Because I was worried about blackheads and pores on my nose, I visited a dermatology clinic for the first time and got Aqua Peel + Pico Fraxel after a consultation. They said the laser had to be done at one-month intervals, so I only had 1 session, and they said blackheads couldn’t be treated with just one Aqua Peel and would need multiple sessions. The redness? Those red spots only lasted about 3-4 days. I believed it would work, but the biggest pore in the center of my nose, which was my biggest complex, didn’t change at all. It stayed exactly the same. The pores didn’t shrink at all. Not even the tiniest improvement. Within the month, I had 3 more Aqua Peel sessions, but since there was no sign of the blackheads disappearing, when I asked, they said blackheads can’t be treated with Aqua Peel and need laser treatment. Then what was the point of telling me during the consultation to get Aqua Peel multiple times? I thought, should I really keep going multiple times? But I’d already lost trust in the clinic, so I decided not to get any more treatment there. In the end, I got no effect at all and wasted both time and money. They also treat warts, but the doctor didn’t seem to chart what he said. At the one-month follow-up, there was no record at all, and they were about to start cryotherapy right away, but only when I brought it up did the doctor finally look at it. That destroyed my trust in the clinic itself, so I didn’t go back. 1. Nose blackheads + pores were my complex 2. Had 4 Aqua Peel sessions + 1 Pico Fraxel session and one month passed 3. No effect at all; neither the blackheads nor the pores improved even slightly
