I had it done at Clinic B near Gwanghwamun, and there were a lot of reviews there about body procedures and lifting. They seem to get a lot of business because the clinic has lots of the latest equipment too.. The doctor looked at my arm line and explained where to focus the treatment. They applied jojoba oil and rubbed it in, and the feeling was warm but also a little cool? I was nervous because I thought it might hurt, but there was almost no pain, which was a bit surprising lol Right before that I had done something like cupping at an aesthetic clinic and ended up with a nasty bruise, but Onda was something I already knew about, and there was basically no downtime at all, just a little redness that went down quickly..? Seriously, I was able to go back to daily life right away after getting it. The precautions were to avoid heat-inducing activities for the same day or about a day, and to drink lots of water. At home, they said not to rub hard when applying lotion, so I patted it on gently. The effect was noticeable even that day.. maybe it was just my mood, but it did feel tighter.. After 2 to 3 days it felt even firmer than on the day itself. What was most surprising was that the protruding parts were somewhat tidied up. I was worried it wouldn't work, but people around me also noticed that my upper arms got a bit thinner. It doesn't shrink dramatically like surgery, but as a cost-effective way to naturally define the line and add firmness, I was satisfied.
