Finally finished full-body liposuction at [Clinic A]!!! I had arm liposuction and thigh liposuction done here before too, and the results were good, so for the last one I had abdominal liposuction done by [Doctor A]. It was so satisfying that I did not feel a need to go anywhere else haha As you can see just from the photos, I was originally the type with a lot of body fat, so the before-and-after difference was huge. My abdomen was especially stressful, but once the lines were refined, can you see how completely different the fit of my clothes became? I was told I have quite a lot of visceral fat, so rather than just doing liposuction and stopping there, I should exercise too for the line to come out much prettier. That really feels like a total transformation, no? Looking at old photos shocks even me, but now I enjoy taking pictures so much that when I travel, my album storage gets blown up haha People around me keep saying I look like I lost a ton of weight and keep asking me about my diet and workout methods, and even my close friends who know I had liposuction keep asking me for info because they want it too, so it is a little annoying..... When I wake up in the morning and look in the mirror, it is so interesting how different my abdominal line looks that my morning routine is checking my waistline! Now I am truly graduated from liposuction, and from here on I am going to maintain this body by working hard on maintenance dieting and exercise!!
