I had surgery because I was so stressed about my arms in everyday life. It was not so much that my arms were thick, but that the axillary breast tissue and inner-arm fat were pushing out and folding over that I found so ugly, and I also wanted to wear sleeveless tops and exercise, so I went ahead with it. If they had told me even once about the side effects that could happen like this when I had surgery, I absolutely would not have done it. Not a single mention was made. What makes me angriest is their attitude. I clearly asked multiple times during follow-up treatment after surgery whether this was normal and whether it would get better, and they said it would improve after one year and that one year had to pass. Now, one year and one month later, they say the warranty period lasts until one year, so they cannot do anything. For a surgery whose purpose is cosmetic, if the result is cosmetically more destructive than before, is that not a side effect? They say they performed the surgery and that it is not a surgical complication. So what they are saying is that no matter what happens to your arm, once they have taken out the fat it is not their problem? They are telling me to pay money again and have the fat grafted back in. It is absurd, but I cannot undo the bad decision I made. I am posting this because I am worried that there may be people considering liposuction and I had looked for reviews here at the time, so I want to warn anyone like me. I hope at least one person reads this and thinks it through carefully. The reviews they show are the kind where they give points if you write a review after surgery, and you can use those points for another procedure, so those are sweet-talked, forced reviews. They are people who absolutely do not think of the human body as anything more than money. It would probably be illegal for me to say which hospital it is, so I will tell you by the number, which I really hate.
