I had surgery at a large hospital in Seomyeon in 2021, using ear cartilage. It was my first nose surgery, but the height was too low, and the place where they took the ear cartilage is still deformed even after six years… lol. Anyway, the nose was too low and crooked, and when I mentioned these problems, I had a second surgery as a revision, but I was left with asymmetrical nostrils, displaced cartilage at the tip, a still-low bridge, and no improvement in the bulbous nose. The hardest thing was that I could not breathe when lying on one side… I recently had revision surgery in Seoul because of these problems, but it is hilarious how much viral marketing and advertising they do everywhere, including Gangnam Unni lol. So what I want to say is: never, ever, ever, ever get rhinoplasty in Busan. Never, ever, ever. Never. Go to Seoul no matter what. No matter what.
