My upper body was very thin, so I was worried it would look obvious. But since I had almost no breasts, surgery was practically necessary for my own satisfaction.. I disliked an overly artificial increase in volume, so from my consultation with the doctor at [Clinic G], I asked for a natural result. I had hybrid surgery, filling the cleavage area with fat grafting. I was a little worried about scars, but the incision was made through the armpit, and now the scar looks almost like a crease, so it is barely noticeable and seems fine. The scar was not as long as I expected, and although there was tightness at first, it soon improved. Daily life was not particularly difficult. I was really scared during surgery, but the nurses were so kind and took such good care of me that I was able to get through it well. My once-thin figure that always made me feel unattractive now has more volume, so my satisfaction is very high.
