I had always had a lot of double-chin fat, so I finally had surgery after much deliberation! But I also had a recessed chin, so at first I didn’t notice a dramatic difference. After the swelling went down a little and I had chin filler too, people around me often said I looked like I had lost weight!!! Then I gained weight again and even developed buccal fat, so I did regret not treating that at the same time T_T I keep thinking it will be fine once I lose weight again, but I’m not actually losing any weight, haha. People who have a double chin without a recessed chin will probably feel an even clearer effect than I did. Even when I gain weight, I don’t seem to accumulate as much chin fat as before, so I’m still satisfied ^^
