As I get older, fat really doesn't come off... honestly, it's different from my 20s lol. Is this what getting older is like.. When I exercised and dieted before, the weight came off fast, but now I neither gain nor lose, I just stay stuck, and I got so frustrated that I started fat-dissolving injections.
