If I have surgery for gynecomastia, do they remove the gland and perform liposuction together? If there’s fat, I feel like removing only the gland might leave an uneven, lumpy appearance. I’m wondering whether they take that into account too. Since plastic surgery clinics handle aesthetic concerns, would this be the right place to ask? There aren’t many genuine reviews besides broker advertisements, so I’m leaving a post. If anyone in this community knows, please leave a comment.
