I lost 3 kg while dieting, and my breasts became smaller too. I hadn't considered surgery, but while casually browsing other procedure reviews on this community, a breast fat-grafting review caught my eye, so I impulsively started looking into it. Skyline's price was quite reasonable, and the surgical reviews seemed reassuring, so I had a consultation and booked the procedure the very next day. After the consultation, they filled out my upper breasts quite a lot. They also recommended removing the accessory breasts, so I had that done too, and I think it was a good decision. It's a little inconvenient that I've gained 3 kg back to my pre-exercise weight, but I'm planning to wait a bit longer before exercising. Not only my breasts but also the areas where fat was removed look slightly slimmer, so my overall silhouette looks prettier. Based on my experience, my tips for maintaining the graft are to avoid sweaty exercise for 1–2 months after the procedure and sleep facing the ceiling. After the first procedure, I couldn't resist and exercised enough to sweat several times, and I slept almost on my side; the next day, a lot of the fat seemed to have disappeared. After the second procedure, I completely stopped exercising and slept facing the ceiling, and it has been holding well... My cup size went from AA to a full A. I think my bust circumference increased by about 2 cm. If it stays well without problems after monitoring it for about a year, I may have an additional procedure.
