I thought my eyes were kind of extreme(?) but they were simply very narrow and short-looking. Before surgery, I wondered whether surgery would really change them, but I wanted to improve them so badly. I tried to approach surgery realistically, reminding myself not to expect too much even if I had it. I had surgery with Dr. Cha Ji-hwan at [Clinic A], but before consulting there, I visited many clinics. Each clinic gave me different advice about what I should have done, and it turned into a much bigger project than I expected... It really affected me mentally. I liked that [Clinic A]'s consultation was realistic while also making me feel that they understood what I was worried about. In the end, I decided on non-incisional ptosis correction and double-eyelid surgery without a separate incision. The biggest relief was being able to have surgery without an incision. During the consultation, the doctor confidently told me that I could definitely see results even with the non-incisional method, and that gave me a lot of trust. The surgery seems to have turned out just as confidently as he described. Since it was non-incisional, I did not have to worry about an incision line, and almost all the swelling went down within a week lol. The narrow-eye look is completely gone now, and the double-eyelid line was shaped so prettily that I am extremely satisfied. I thought a review from someone like me who overcame a complex might be more helpful than reviews from already-pretty people who became even prettier after surgery, so I am leaving another review haha.
