I had upper and lower abdomen + sides + love handles + pubic area + upper hip line done, and got about 2800 cc removed. At first the bruising was severe so I worried a lot, but by day 10 it definitely feels different? The bruises have mostly turned yellow and faded a lot, and I think they will be gone by next week..? The hard feeling in my stomach is still there, but it is not as solid as at the beginning, and it feels like it is gradually loosening, so that is a relief!! The swelling has gone down a lot compared with the beginning, so my whole body feels lighter and I am now able to live normal daily life 100%!! There is no pain anymore, just a little soreness when I change positions or when I tighten my stomach? So it is not very uncomfortable More than anything, seeing the line in the mirror makes me so happy It will still take more time before everything is fully settled, but compared with the beginning it definitely feels more stable, so for now I am focusing on wearing my compression garment consistently, drinking lots of water, and walking lightly, since they say that helps recovery Is it normal that day 10 is usually like this?
