Real abdominal liposuction review,,

My waist circumference went from 92 cm to 78 cm now! I used to always wear L or XL pants with my belly squeezed in, but now size M fits me 🥺 Honestly, I didn’t have a specific dream line in mind; I just wanted the upper belly, lower belly, and the annoying love handles to disappear.. basically just a straight belly maybe..? But the results were even better than I expected, so I’m really satisfied. To explain step by step, two weeks after surgery the stitches were removed and aftercare began, and for about three months I went to the clinic once a week to once every two weeks at the latest, alternating hyperbaric oxygen therapy and radiofrequency treatment! Because of my posture, the lower-belly hardening was visible, but I didn’t really feel the swelling, so at first I wondered whether the hyperbaric oxygen was even doing anything. But somehow my body really felt lighter, and as my weight, which had been stuck, started dropping, my waist circumference decreased by about 4 cm in just one week. That was when I really felt it haha. The lower-belly hardening was still a little there, but radiofrequency treatment loosened it a lot!!! It wasn’t exactly painful; I’m just very ticklish, so it felt a bit itchy lol. Before surgery, when I asked if it would hurt a lot, I was told it would feel like muscle soreness after an intense abdominal workout, and that was exactly it. It really does sting whenever you do something that uses your abdominal muscles Sneezing, laughing, even gagging while brushing my teeth hurt. I thought, so all of that uses your abs too... haha. Still, it wasn’t unbearable, and the pain was worst on day 3. Even though it was a little hard to move, if I walked and moved around a lot within reason, the swelling and pain went down faster.
