I've been exercising regularly in my own way, but maybe pelvic shape is mostly something you're born with, because the hollow part of the hip dip just wouldn't fill in with exercise. So I looked up tons of reviews about natural hip dip filler, and the reviews for Ppem seemed the most like my style, so I went for a consultation. Before going, honestly I was most worried that it might get too plump and obvious, but I told them I really hate anything overdone and just wanted it natural and not noticeable, and it felt like they shaped the line exactly how I wanted, so I felt at ease during the consultation haha The procedure was much better than I expected too. It didn't hurt at all, but it was manageable, and it finished quickly compared to how nervous I was. I had about 100 cc injected, but even that made the side line look much smoother, and the fit of my pants looked different, so I'm very satisfied haha Especially because it doesn't look like obvious filler, but rather like someone who naturally has a pretty pelvic line, which I liked even more. I really get why people get hip dip filler, and I'm glad I did it before summer lol Now I don't think I'll be stressed like before even if I wear a bikini or tight clothes, so I'm really happy.
