I don't really know how much the swelling is gone, but for the first week after surgery the pain was honestly insane. I screamed every time I sat on the toilet. I think I wore compression garments for about a month. Until around 6-7 months, the inner thighs were hard and knotted and also a bit discolored, but I was busy and forgot about it, and as time passed it all loosened up on its own. I thought liposuction was the end of it, but the doctor said I should diet too, so starting one month after surgery I began Switch On and lost an additional 8 kg. Before, when I walked around, the inner thigh fat would rub together and my pants fit badly, but now they're loose, and I didn't intentionally remove the outer thigh or butt area, so I think it was smart to only target the most problematic area. I think it was the right choice not to be greedy and to do only the area that was most excessive.
