It's been a little over two months since I had upper-arm fat extraction injections, and I thought there might be people who are curious about the progress, so I'm writing a follow-up review! This time I'm posting before-and-after photos plus pictures I took while shopping. The photos in a sleeveless top definitely show the line change clearly, so personally that's the best shot lol. Even around the one-month mark I could tell it had slimmed down, but when I measured at my last visit, my upper-arm circumference had gone down to 26.9 cm (from 29 cm at first to 26.9 cm now). My weight also went from 51.5 kg to 46.3 kg! As time passed and the swelling went down, the line felt even thinner and more refined, so my satisfaction increased even more. After getting married I gained weight, and because of my upper arms I could never wear sleeveless tops. I was stressed because only my arms stood out, but these days when I go shopping I end up looking at sleeveless tops first lol and I really keep wearing them... When I try them on, the line looks different, so it makes me want to keep wearing them. Even a basic T-shirt looks better in fit, and the biggest change is that the stress of choosing clothes has dropped a lot. Also, the doctor at the Sungshin Women's University area clinic wasn't the type to push too hard, and I like even more now how naturally he shaped the line. This time I also used up my points and got trapezius botox! I'm looking forward to becoming even more delicate and slender haha Oh, and for reference, I didn't wear compression garments separately, I managed my diet on weekdays, ate what I wanted on weekends, and I've been going to Pilates regularly too. I definitely feel that it helped with shaping the line! I think consistency is more important than overdoing the care, and doing it this way made me feel like the line improved even more in the later stage. Now the swelling is almost gone, so the line has settled in naturally and I'm completely satisfied. Since they say it keeps slimming down until the 3-month mark, my goal is to get down to 24 cm. For anyone who has been worried about upper arms, I totally recommend fat extraction injections!
