It had been 2 weeks since my abdominal procedure, and I also had arm surgery done at Apgujeong Top Line. I had a consultation with Manager Lee Seong-hee as well! My concern was that the swelling from the arms would spread to the stomach too so I realized I’d need to stretch and massage even more! I already had a lot of fat in my stomach area, but my arms were no joke either From the side, the fat spread out about a handspan wide, and from the front the side bulge was really severe Since I had exercised, I also had some muscle, so I wanted to reduce the back bulge even more! This is the day the surgery was finished! Maybe because I was wearing the compression garment, it looked like the swelling was even less and I had lost a lot of fat! That night my head hurt a bit while sleeping so I took Tylenol and slept Since I had surgeries 2 weeks apart, maybe I pushed myself a bit too hard I had arm 360, scapula, bra line, and axilla surgery that day! The next day, I had much more bruising around the elbow and axilla than the arm itself! Until day 3, it was a little uncomfortable to lie down and get back up By around day 4, it felt better lol. I showered on day 2, and since I couldn’t raise my arms, it was a bit of a struggle!
