Since it has been 6 weeks, here is a short review haha. Even when I weighed less than I do now, my upper arm circumference was about 31 to 33 cm, but now it is 27 cm ...! I have lost about 6 kg,, but honestly I am more satisfied with how T-shirts fit than with the weight loss haha. The early fibrosis/swelling lump effect has softened a lot, and in daily life it is barely noticeable?? Maybe because I kept stretching and also got low-frequency treatment and laser care, too.
