Yesterday I had my upper and lower back, flanks, and love handles done. They said they removed 5,700 cc of pure fat, and I was shocked when I heard that too... 😳 The amount was on a completely different level from when I had my arms + axillary breast tissue done (2,600 cc), so I felt a bit dizzy after the surgery.. But the nurses at the hospital made me eat porridge while I was still lying down and gave me glucose candy, so I really felt like I was saved lol My guardian came to pick me up, and they even helped support me all the way to the car, which I was so grateful for 🤩 On the day of surgery I was so out of it that I barely knew what was happening, and as soon as I got home I ate porridge, took my medicine, and basically passed out and slept lol Today I can feel some pulling, just like in my arms T_T Getting up from sitting and moving around in bed is still a bit hard, and the compression garment is uncomfortable too 🥹 Still, I have a waistline now too, so I am hanging in there because of that happiness haha I will record the recovery process from time to time from now on ✨ Photo: before surgery / day 1 after surgery (2 photos)
