I had 360 abdominal liposuction including the love handles, but maybe because the area was so wide, the fibrosis just won't go away easily I've lost 6 kg and my waist measurement is down 15 cm, but the bumpy feeling is still there hng. It has gone down a lot since I kept getting aftercare, but when I asked the doctor, he said time is the answer. A friend of mine had it done by the same doctor, and they said if you just wait it out, the fibrosis will resolve on its own. Anyway, losing fat is nice, but feeling lighter is so much better. I was struggling because my body felt heavy lol... I did it for cosmetic reasons too, but feeling lighter matters even more than looking prettier lololol For those who had abdominal lipo, how was it at the 4-month mark? Did you just wait for the fibrosis to resolve? Or did you do massage or other aftercare?
