After I had thigh liposuction in 2024, my thighs became thinner and my calves looked relatively bulky, so I was wondering if there was a way to fix that... I looked around for calf procedures in a lot of places, but there was surprisingly very little information about calf treatments, and since I tend to have more fat than muscle, I did not think Botox would be effective. I wanted a procedure that could actually remove fat, so I researched a lot, and I found out that fat-extraction injections could also be done on the calves, so I went ahead with calf fat-extraction injections.
The procedure was done under local anesthesia, and since it is such a small area, I was able to walk out and even go get a meal that same day, so there really was no interference with daily life. But I swell very easily and also have significant edema tendency, so because the swelling lasted longer than I expected, I wondered if it was not working. After about 3 weeks to a month, though, I kept managing the swelling consistently, and after that the swelling went down and the line became visible. The circumference decreased by a total of about 4 cm, and I am definitely satisfied with how it looks on my body.
