After liposuction and even Mounjaro, I even got abs on my belly lol

I had my second child early and gradually got to the point where I almost gave up on my body, so my weight had been in the 50s, then went up to the 60s, and right before delivery it even hit 83... then went back to the 60s, but I felt like it was going to become 70-something soon and I was seriously dizzy. I tried Saxenda before, but I got nauseated from the very first step and gave up right away... It was free thanks to someone I knew, but I still couldn’t do it I also tried that famous face-less diet injection? That too, but even at a very low dose my heart was pounding, so I gave up.. I still sometimes take it at a low dose when my cravings get out of control. I still have a lot at home I also bought some things after seeing Instagram ads that cost a few hundred. There was exactly one that worked for me. But it was so expensive that I gave up... All these little expenses kept adding up and adding up, and in the end it became a huge amount... so I just went to the hospital lol I kept thinking I should have gone sooner... After going and doing Mounjaro alongside it, I felt like there was some kind of synergy? It really came off like crazy. The place I work now only allows slack-style pants, but the slacks I bought two years ago became too loose, so I have to have them altered lol This sense of satisfaction... I think it’s the first time I’ve felt it since giving birth. The hardest thing is cutting down on alcohol... I still haven’t managed to cut back much, but I did reduce it to twice a week. That’s my only joy But now that I’ve got momentum, I’m trying to bring it down to once a week. Mounjaro definitely leads to rebound weight gain, though. Last time, because of my schedule, I took a full week off, and until day 3 the effects were still there, so it was fine? But from day 4, my appetite came right back.... I’m only going to keep taking it for about one more month and then stop, so I’m trying to lose as much as I can now.
