I went and got calf Botox. The procedure itself involved injections in several spots, so it felt a little stingy, but it was not as painful as I expected. The procedure was also short, so it finished quickly. Afterward, for a few days, my calves felt a little numb, as if I could not put as much strength into them. Going up stairs or exercising felt a bit different from usual, but it did not interfere much with daily life. It felt awkward at first, but I gradually got used to it over time. I am fairly satisfied with the results. My calf muscles were originally developed, so my leg line looked uneven, but over time the muscles shrank and the line became much smoother. Rather than becoming dramatically thinner, it feels like the shape of my legs was cleaned up, so it looks natural and satisfying. I think it is a procedure worth recommending for people worried about calf muscles.
