My volume was neither big nor small, kind of in between I did not need it to get dramatically bigger like an implant, so after a consultation I got fat grafting to the chest. My breasts are surprisingly totally fine It does not hurt. I had it done at the clinic, and I think my cleavage gathers well, so there really is a difference!
