Choice Line upper body + abdomen lipo / hip fat grafting review

Choice Line abdomen liposuction + hip fat grafting, 6-week review / upper body liposuction, 4-week review 1st week It really hurt so much. It was hard to even sit, and it hurt if anything touched me. Because of the swelling, the lines looked strange, but you could already see that the waist and abdomen had become slimmer from the day of surgery. Because of the swelling, the contrast between the waist and hips looked bigger, so the line actually looked better. My condition was also at its absolute worst, to the point where I didn’t want to go outside, and even walking was hard. 2nd week It was a little more manageable, but it still hurt. It was still a battle with swelling. 3rd week It still hurt, but daily life became possible. Even so, there was still a lot of swelling left. 4th week The sharp, tingling pain was still a little there, but it got much better. As the thigh swelling went down, the gap between the thighs started to appear too, and the line began to show more and more. 5th week The pain and tingling feeling have almost disappeared. Right now, only a little fibrosis and wrinkly feeling remain behind the thighs. Swelling and fibrosis are still in progress. Almost 6th week now There’s no major problem with daily life anymore. Swelling and fibrosis are still left, but every time I look in the mirror or put on clothes, I can see the line has changed, so I’m very satisfied. I’m eating well for fat graft survival! For about two months, I want to keep my weight about 1 to 2 kg higher. As the swelling goes down, the line is becoming more natural, but honestly I’m getting greedier ^^ I want to add some to my hips too... Arm lipo I’m now almost at week 4. The recovery process is almost the same as the abdomen. Raising my arms all the way up is still a little hard. Honestly, the recovery process was much harder than I expected. Still, the line is clearly different, so personally I’m very satisfied. It’s not the final result yet, so I’m looking forward to it looking even better once more swelling goes down... It really is painful, but if I went back I think I’d do it again... O Things that helped* Avoid salty foods as much as possible* Walk a lot in the early period* Use a donut cushion or a surgery cushion* Wear compression garments properly* Drink lots of waterX Things that didn’t help* Sitting for a long time* Sleeping in one position* Dieting (eating well was important for fat graft survival)* Alcohol, smoking
