This is my 11-week review 😊 These days my weight keeps going back and forth between the high 52 kg range and the low 53 kg range! I finally got close to my goal of 53 kg, and even a difference of one number somehow changes how I feel lol. Overall my body feels much lighter, and the abdominal line that I had before is staying fairly neat. That said, the abdomen itself is a wide area, so it still does not feel completely soft all over yet. Still, compared to the beginning it has become much more natural, and it is not at a level that bothers me much in daily life, so I am doing fine! These days I have also been doing a lot of self-massage. After showering, I loosen things up lightly or use warm compresses, and I am managing it that way. It definitely feels like my body is getting less knotted, so I want to keep doing it lol. Recently I have also been doing hyperbaric oxygen therapy alongside it, and personally after getting it done I feel like my body is a bit lighter and relaxes more smoothly. It is not like it changes dramatically all at once, but it feels like recovery is continuing more comfortably? So I am keeping up the massages and other care consistently I am continuing exercise without overdoing it, mainly cardio, and recently I have also been going to the sauna! When I sweat it out and come back out, my body feels much lighter, so it is a routine I am personally very satisfied with lol. But human greed has no end lol. Now that the abdominal line has become somewhat neat, my thighs and upper arms are starting to bother me again 😭 Before I only noticed my belly, but now that I have lost some weight, other areas are catching my eye Still, overall I am satisfied, and I plan to keep dieting steadily from here 😊
