Clinic info: Apgujeong Top Line Surgical areas: arms + armpits + accessory breasts + scapular bra line Coordinator in charge: Manager Lee Seong-hee 🖤 The response to my first review was great, so I came back with a 2-week update !! It’s already been 2 weeks since surgery ~ The manager told me that from day 3 after surgery through about 2 to 3 weeks, swelling can actually get worse, and since I’m the type who swells easily anyway, I wasn’t expecting much. But the line on the back of my arms was more noticeably organized than I expected. By around 2 weeks, most of the bruising had gone, and as the swelling gradually went down, it definitely started to look thinner than before! And at the 2-week mark, I finally had the stitches removed. Honestly, I thought removing the stitches would be the scariest part, but it did not hurt at all and it was over really fast, which surprised me haha. After the stitches were removed, the compression garment also felt a lot looser. The manager checked my condition and measured me with a tape measure, and I had shrunk more than I expected, so I also had the compression garment altered >__< But my arm movement still wasn’t completely free yet. It was much better than at first, but there was still some discomfort when washing my hair or lifting my arms all the way up. Still, I could feel my sensation slowly returning over time, and movement becoming much easier. And the part I really felt strongly this time was how important swelling management is! At first I thought I only needed to watch my salt intake on the day of surgery or for a few days after, but it turns out that consistent management makes the swelling go down much faster. If I had not been lazy and had put into practice the useful tips the manager gave me sooner, it probably would have gone down faster... better late than never!! After that I kept following the instructions, and once I could feel the swelling going down faster, I worked even harder on the care tips the manager gave me and kept walking regularly, so I could clearly feel the swelling going down faster and faster ~!! Fortunately, my wrists did not swell badly, so I was able to avoid the dreaded Doraemon hands haha. Actually, at 2 weeks it felt like the results were not showing as much as I expected (my expectations were absurdly high of course, and I did take into account that I have a muscular build and thicker skin), so I worried, "What if this is the final result?" But to conclude, that was really needless worry! By the one-month mark, the changes were much more obvious. Even after surgery, they kept contacting me and answering every question I had, and they continued to take care of the aftercare instructions, so I was satisfied with the post-op management too. Next time I’ll come back with a more detailed one-month review and aftercare review ~ (you can really look forward to it !!!!) If you want information about the cost or have questions, send me a message and I’ll share it >__<
