The inner thighs were touching every time I walked, causing sweat and discomfort, but this is my 3-week review of thigh fat extraction injections!! The bruising had faded before the 3-week mark, and the clinic said exercise was good for swelling, so I walked more than 10,000 steps a day!! My thigh circumference has gone down by a total of 3 cm so far, and of course I also lost weight overall (they said it was the golden period over the 3 months, so you need to slim down a lot to maintain the result). The pain is now almost gone too!! I will bring another review next time!!
