Ahead of my wedding, I went on a dress tour and was shocked when I saw my upper arms and back in the mirror, so I decided to get arm/back liposuction. Even if I dieted, the inner upper arms and the fat on the back bra line would never go away, and it was really stressful. I was busy with wedding preparations, so I looked for a hospital mainly in a nearby location that would be easy to get to. Unlike other hospitals, this one gave a really thorough consultation on which areas should be reduced and how, based on my body type and dress line to make it look beautiful, so I trusted them. On top of that, from the very first consultation, both the manager and the director responded so kindly that all my tension melted away and I booked right then and there. On the day of surgery, the director carefully designed it for square shoulders and a smooth back line, and when I opened my eyes after sedation anesthesia, the surgery was already over. The pain was not a stabbing pain, but more like strong muscle soreness from having done upper-body workouts like crazy the day before, and because the staff cared for me kindly until the end, I was able to recover comfortably. The second and third days after surgery were the most stiff, but I was able to go back to daily life right away, and as the bruising and swelling went down, I could see with my own eyes that my upper arms were half the thickness and my back line became smooth, which was really moving. Now I think I can confidently wear off-shoulder and top dresses too, so I think this was the best investment I made in myself before getting married!
