My original cup size was around AA, and implants felt too burdensome, so I got breast fat grafting. Right after surgery I was a little more swollen, but after the swelling went down and about a month passed, it seemed to have taken. The feel is good, and now it looks naturally like someone who has a bit of breast volume, which I like!!
