A lot of people asked what it’s like around 2 to 3 months, so I’m sharing! My current weight is 68.8 kg → 61.2 kg, and my arm circumference has been maintained at about 33 cm → 26.4 cm! Honestly, in the beginning it was fun seeing changes every week, but now I feel more like it has really settled in! I don’t notice much when I look in the mirror every day, but when I compare it with old photos, the difference is definitely there. For me, the biggest satisfaction is that the thickness on the inner part of my arms has decreased a lot. Before, when I held my arms close to my body, it felt stuffy, but now it feels much more natural, and I almost never worry about my arms when wearing short sleeves. The bumpy texture people often ask about is now barely noticeable. The firm areas from the beginning have softened a lot too, and there’s no discomfort in daily life!
