I was naturally slim, so it is not like I had no hips at all compared to my body, but I still always felt that my silhouette was a little flat lol. My pelvis also felt a bit sunken lower down.. I worried a lot that if I got greedy and put in too much filler, it would look obvious or unnatural, so I searched for a lot of reviews about people who only enhanced the line naturally.. When I went to Ppeum for a consultation and told them the parts I was worried about first, they designed it so the line would flow naturally from the waist to the hips haha. They absolutely did not try to force in volume only.. They also carefully set the design, and once I heard in advance how much would go into each area, my vague worries eased a lot, so I could decide comfortably. Anyway, I am very satisfied lol The line looks much prettier and my fit definitely changed. As I worried, there is absolutely no awkward protruding feeling.. I think they really enhanced the line naturally to suit a slim body type. They also explained the precautions and how to maintain it in detail, so I have been keeping it well lol
