I had recently gained a lot of weight too, but honestly I did not realize it was this bad. After seeing photos, I came back to reality and booked LAMS.

I did unlimited LAMS and rushed over after work to get the procedure. They show you how many syringes came out, right? Mine was not that much I had it done on June 23, and it was more bearable than I expected. The day after the procedure, when I took off the bandage and checked, my arm was puffed up~~ lol The bruising is severe, as you can see in the photos. The third day was probably the worst? I take photos once a week and compare them. The very last photo was taken last Tuesday. Now even when I keep my arm snug against my side, it does not protrude anymore, so I am happy lol They say LAMS can continue slimming for 1 to 3 months, so I am looking forward to it. My circumference before LAMS was 29.8, and I have gone for aftercare twice so far. July 3: 26.7 July 10: 26.5 My boyfriend is not observant, but he says it is definitely visibly slimmer lol I was worried it would be a waste of money because not many syringes came out, but seeing it slim down, I think I did not need to worry just because only a little came out. I still have a slight yellow bruise left now.. If you are curious about LAMS, ask me~ Oh, and if you are going to do it, I recommend avoiding summer and doing it when you can wear long sleeves I have been having to explain the bruises over and over lol
