4 Months After Arm + Bra-Line Liposuction, and This Is When I Feel It Most

I have always been the type whose arms really do not slim down, so even if I lost some weight, my arms always felt like they were the last part to stay behind. When I stood at attention, I hated how my arms seemed to float slightly away from my upper body, and every time I took photos they looked thicker for no reason, which was stressful T_T So I got help refining the line around my upper arms and bra line, and now it has been 4 months. Honestly, I can feel it much more now than right after the procedure!! Right after surgery there was swelling, and there were moments when I wondered if this was really right, but as time passed and things settled, now I can clearly see that the line has been refined!! I kept tracking it, and based on the thickest part of my upper arm circumference, it went from 46 cm -> 37 cm, and my body weight also went down from 98.4 kg to 88 kg now. What surprised me was that liposuction was not the end, but rather afterward I felt even more strongly that I needed to work harder from here on out lol After getting help refining my line, I started paying more attention to my diet and water intake, and I also found myself moving my body more often. And maybe it is just me, but personally I feel like the area that had liposuction seems to lose weight more easily too. I had always thought arms were a part that really would not slim down, but after getting help refining the line, the changes after that became much easier to notice. Especially when I look at the before-and-after photos together with the measurements, the difference feels even bigger. Since it is a body I see every day, sometimes I do not notice it well, but when I compare the photos side by side, there is a pretty big difference. Now there is almost no pain or bruising, and daily life is completely fine. The biggest change I feel is how clothes fit, and I am most satisfied with how much cleaner my upper-body line looks.
