It’s been 3 weeks since my arm lipo. On the day of surgery, the swelling went all the way down to my fingers, but because of my job I use my arms a lot, and since I use my right arm more, the swelling was worse on the left, while the right side went down quickly. After arm lipo surgery, rather than complete rest, it’s better to move around a lot. Until the stitch removal at 2 weeks, I definitely wore the compression garment for 12 hours, and honestly wearing the compression garment made the pulling sensation in my arms less, so it was more comfortable except for the heat After the stitches were removed at 2 weeks, it was really like a whole new world. The line is definitely more defined, and there’s still some firm swelling, but I can feel it going down little by little day by day. Starting from week 2, I also began dieting a bit and lost about 1 kg more,, I’m aiming to lose 4 kg more over the next 3 months. I’m glad I took photos before surgery~ It hasn’t even been a month yet and the line is already more defined! Satisfied^^ I heard aftercare is even more important for lipo~ I hope you choose a clinic that takes care of aftercare thoroughly too. The hospital I go to is Number Hospital, and after the aftercare my range of motion in my arms widened right away, which was so surprising. I still have about 5 more sessions left, and I plan to keep going!
