There may be a lot of people worried about upper-arm fat, so I will write honestly based on the 2-month mark haha. I was also the type whose upper arms really would not slim down, so no matter how much I exercised or dieted, my arms were what stayed until the very end... That is why I decided to get a fat-dissolving injection, and now it has been exactly 2 months! At first, as the swelling went down, I could see the size shrinking day by day, and now the swelling in my arms has almost completely gone down overall, so they are in a more refined state! In particular, the fact that the outer line of my arms has been cleaned up makes a big difference, and when I put my arms together, I can really feel the thickness is completely different!! My current circumference is about 28 cm (from 31.8 cm before), and even though the number is one thing, what I actually see looks even thinner, so I am satisfied haha. And the biggest change I feel is how clothes fit. Before, I used to worry a lot about my arms when wearing short sleeves, but now that stress is almost gone!! Personally, I am more satisfied at the 2-month mark than I was at the 1-month mark, and I like that it feels like it is settling more naturally as time passes haha.
