Liposuction Reviews

Review of arm and abdomen liposuction, plus pelvic fat grafting

I was worried because I had a lot of fat on my upper arms, and arm fat does not go away even with dieting ^^;; I was going to do only my upper arms, but after a consultation at [Clinic A], I ended up learning about pelvic fat grafting, so I did some more research by myself and went back for another consultation. I wondered if it was possible with fat from the arms alone, but they said it would be difficult, so for the abdomen they suctioned almost entirely for use in fat grafting. I asked them to make the pelvis as large as possible within my body type, and since this place often does pelvis and hip dip work as a package, I had the consultation, looked at photos, and decided that I probably needed hip dip treatment too, so I had that done together. In particular, the asymmetry in my waist and abdomen was severe, so I asked them to improve that too. They told me honestly that 100% correction would be difficult, but they would do their best. The pain in the abdomen was not as bad as I expected, but my arms were hard, and sleeping face down was actually the hardest part. Still, I worked hard so the surgery would settle in beautifully.. For the arms, stretching is absolutely essential. Even if it feels like it is tearing, you have to do it. But I do not regret it at all. Liposuction is honestly a rabbit hole.. lol🙂 Once you do it, you also want grafting, but I had already had all the fat suctioned out, so I saw people saying there would not be enough fat volume, but I think it was the right choice to do it when I did. It was a really good decision, and even for someone like me, after getting liposuction and fat grafting, I hope people who are worried about their body shape will go for a consultation too.
